If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Schedule Pickup: We will arrange a complimentary and secure pickup at your convenience.
Verification: Once received, our expert gemmologists will carefully inspect the product and accompanying documents. This process typically takes 3-7 business days.
Next Steps: Upon successful verification, we will proceed with your refund or exchange request as applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days post-verification for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
It is returned in the original packaging.
The item is accompanied by the original invoice and certification.
In case the original certificate is unavailable, the product will undergo recertification at the customer’s expense.
The request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Products marked as non-returnable (including nose pins, customised & personalized pieces, and promotional purchases) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges and returns apply only to products purchased on Vairam's official website.
Personalized orders, including engraved, modified, damaged, or resized items, are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.
This policy does not apply to custom-made products or purchases made during promotional events, discount sales, or with coupon codes.
Nose Pins: For hygiene and personal wear considerations, nose pins are not eligible for return or refund. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in impeccable condition.
Any shipping, duties, taxes, or import charges (for international orders) are non-refundable.
Add-on certification charges (such as IGI/IGL, if selected) are non-refundable once the certification process has been completed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know within 12 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos, videos, and your order details when reporting.
If an item is missing, we’ll need a 360° unboxing video as proof for a refund.
