We ensure that your precious jewellery reaches you in the most secure and efficient freeway. We urge all customers to inspect the package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing of receipt.

Free Shipping

Vairam orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of professional and reputed courier companies.

Shipping within Singapore

Vairam promises free delivery anywhere within Singapore for every product.

Signature Requirements

For reasons of safety and security of these high value goods, a signature is required for ALL shipments, regardless of price of the item or any signed waivers you may have with our courier.

When Will the Order Be Shipped?

Ready Stock:

For orders selected from our ready collection stocked in Singapore, item will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. We will share tracking details with you via your preferred channel of communication (SMS or e-mail).

Made to order:

For orders selected from made to order collection, item will be shipped in 3 weeks. We will share you the status of your order and updates regularly with you via your preferred channel of communication (SMS or e-mail).

If you place your order after our service time on a regular business day after 9 pm, your order will be processed the next day (Our shipping time slot opens by 9 am and close at 9 pm) except public holidays.

All local orders are shipped free via secure courier and details of which will be shared with you. For security reasons, Vairam will not deliver to P. O Box addresses.

International shipping

In case of international order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Packaging of jewellery

Each item will arrive in a safe and secure designer box with an envelope inside consist of bill, certification and a message card from the brand. The box will be bubble wrapped, sealed and packed in a courier cover with our logo imprinted. If you find any tamper or tear in the courier /bubble wrap cover inform our customer care staff immediately @ +65 84422726 or email us at customercare@vairam.sg .
