We offer a stress-free delivery experience to our customers - bringing your jewellery directly to your doorsteps, safely and securely. We will bring your precious pieces in a flash of 14 business days (often even sooner!)

We take care of your jewellery at every step of the way! Hence, we partner with trusted local couriers - to prioritise the safekeeping of your jewellery. Rest assured, your treasure will travel in secure packaging, arriving in pristine condition and ready to make its grand entrance.

Stay informed with delivery updates with real-time tracking. Plus, you'll receive a text message and email notification a day before your delivery for scheduling convenience. If you're unavailable, you can easily reschedule through message or email before the delivery date. In case we don't receive confirmation for rescheduling and a third delivery attempt is required, a nominal $10 fee will apply to cover the additional logistics cost.

Please Note: This complimentary service applies to deliveries within Singapore. For international orders, a small fee of $25 will be applied at checkout.

1. How long does it take to ship my order?

The standard time for successful order delivery is a maximum of 14 days (delivered often sooner!)

2. Do you offer a personalised gift note/card option?

Yes! You can create your own personalised gift note/card during checkout. Your gift card will be printed and nestled inside a matching envelope. We will carefully place it alongside your purchased Vairam piece.

PRO TIP: Include your name in the gift card so that the sender knows who actually sent them this sparkling gift.

3. How will my jewellery be packaged?

At Vairam, we ensure that our packaging complements the brilliance of your exquisite jewellery while being safe and secure. We carefully pack your selected pieces in jewellery boxes, which are wrapped in a jewellery bag for extra protection and care.

Whether you're treating yourself or surprising someone special, Vairam's packaging reflects the love and attention to detail we put into every piece.

4. How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via text message and email notification one day prior to delivery. Also, you can get in touch with our customer service team at customercare@vairam.sg to stay updated on the latest status of your delivery.

5. Are there any factors that can affect my delivery timeframe?

The standard delivery time for every order is 14 days maximum. However, unforeseen events can impact the delivery time and cause delays – which are rare. As this is beyond our control, Vairam won’t be responsible in such a case. Therefore, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible.

6. How much is the delivery cost?

We offer free delivery all over Singapore. For overseas delivery, a nominal amount of $20 will be charged at checkout.

7. Will you send a tracking link?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link via text message and email notification.

8. How does your delivery service work?

Our orders are sent via courier and must be signed upon successful delivery. If you are not available to receive the order upon arrival - you can reschedule your order by informing us by text or email before the delivery date.

We understand that life can get busy! If you're unable to receive your first delivery attempt, simply reply to the notification email or message to reschedule at your convenience. In the rare instance that we miss you twice, we'll contact you to arrange a third attempt. A small delivery fee of $10 will apply for this third attempt to cover the additional logistics costs.
