If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. To facilitate the return process, please adhere to the following steps:

  • 2. Arrange Pickup: We will organize a hassle-free return courier service, completely free of charge. They will schedule a convenient pickup time from your address.
  • 3. Verification Process: Upon receiving your returned item, one of our expert gemmologists will meticulously examine the condition of the jewelry and accompanying documents. This process does take a couple of days to week to complete

To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • 1. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging to preserve its integrity.
  • 2. Accompanied by Documentation: Include the original certification and a copy of the invoice with your return.
  • 3. Certification Requirement: If the original Certificate of the product is unavailable, the jewellery will undergo recertification at the customer's expense.

Please note that personalized orders, including engraved, modified, damaged, or resized items, are non-returnable due to their customized nature.

Additionally, this policy does not apply to custom-ordered products or purchases made during promotional events, discount sales, or when using discount coupons.
